Building refurbishment, home renovation and changes to property installations may involve gas works. GasSuper supports owners, property managers, owners’ corporations and consultants with assessment, scope, quotations and site coordination. Assessment considers the locations, existing condition, materials and working constraints. A written proposal should identify the work, responsibilities, inclusions, exclusions and treatment of additional work, so quotations can be compared on a common basis. An initial enquiry is not technical approval of a proposal.

Works involving communal areas, residents or other renovation trades may require discussion of access, sequencing and contacts. Managers, owners’ corporations and consultants can specify drawings, verification information and handover documents. What is provided depends on the work and agreed requirements.

Provide the estate or building name, locations involved and a brief description. Existing drawings, reports or photographs can follow once a receiving method is agreed. Do not dismantle, move or operate installations to gather information. Dates and fees are confirmed separately.
