GAS SUPER LIMITED collects your name, contact details, estate or building name, service required and description through its engineering enquiry form. The company or organisation field is optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to submit an online enquiry; you may contact us by telephone instead. Provide only information relevant to the work. Do not include identity card numbers, payment details or unnecessary personal information about residents.

We use the information to understand, contact you about and follow up your enquiry. It is stored with a reference, timestamps, handling status and internal follow-up notes. Enquiry contents are not displayed on the public website and are accessible to an authorised, signed-in administrator. Submission does not confirm a visit, quotation or engineering appointment; arrangements require separate confirmation.

Website hosting, maintenance and backup service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Servers or backups may be located outside Hong Kong. The form does not automatically forward enquiries by email or WhatsApp.

Estate search may send the address or estate name you enter to the government address lookup service to obtain matching results. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the search field. Connection information and short-term security records are processed to limit misuse. The administration area uses sign-in and interface-preference cookies. External services such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram handle information under their own privacy policies once you follow their links.

Enquiry information should be retained only as needed for follow-up, service delivery and applicable obligations. An administrator can remove enquiries that are no longer needed; the website currently has no automatic fixed-term deletion of enquiries. Backups may retain earlier records, so removal requests must also take account of relevant backups and legal retention needs.
